This section sertves to outline certain housekeeping and operational rules to be mindful of at YFG. It's not many... but they are important to note
Refunds Policy
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on sewing classes that have been taken. The only instance of a refund being issued for a sewing class is if I somehow am not available when you show up. Or I fail to notify you of a need to reschedule at least 24 hours prior.
EXCHANGES on garments that have been worn are not honored. Exchanges on unworn items are allowed up until 14 days after purchase.
For Online orders... Depending on the circumstances different rules may apply. My priority is always your satisfaction.
NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY!
At YFG I am more than reasonable. I will allow you to reschedule a class without penalty right up until 60 minutes before your class is scheduled to start. IF you miss a class without contacting me, or contacting me after your 60 minute grace window has expired you will be charged a rebooking fee of $50 and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS to that.C'mon if I scheduled you for a class and I wasn't here when you arrived you'd want your money back. Let be mindul of each other's time.

While nothing is guaranteed at 100% I would certainly say that YFG courses are pretty close at being able to guarantee your success. My track record is pretty impressive with folks learning and adding to the numbers everyday!
